as you can tell from the pictures, we had a cookout in celebrating ryan's first birthday and josiah's 2nd father's day. the dogs ate more cake than ryan, but he enjoyed feeding them and making a mess! we promptly gave him a bath and found some cake in his diaper! and despite the bath, ryan still smelled like icing for another day. thanks to my siblings who drove down to help us celebrate (and victor to play golf).
i'll have to change ryan's blog to month to month as it's a bit much to count his age by week rather than months. i'll try to post pictures weekly, but we'll see as july will be a busy one -- just like last year: have baby then set up office network while trying to figure out what to do with baby. still trying to figure out what to do with baby!
