ryan has started biting more and not just me -- josiah and our babysitter too. um... hope this is just his way of showing affection...? he's played with some other babies at church and so far no bites (although he did make a 5-mo old baby girl cry after he gleefully screamed her way). each time i say "no" firmly, i get a mischievous smile from him. oh boy.
he's got another tooth coming in -- front top right. maybe that's why he's biting more...? noticed that it disrupts his sleep each time. he will wake up after an hour and cry until he's held. once he calms down, he's asleep again. also noticed that he likes to run his tongue over his new teeth. it's funny because we rarely see him stick out his tongue other than to catch a cherrio about to escape.
