at first, ryan was very happy visiting the new office location. as usual, he was squirmy during the measurements. he was dancing and running back and forth on the exam table. he grew anxious and more antsy when dr dunk got out her exam tools (tongue depressor and ear thing). to add to being poked at, the nurse had to administer 2 shots plus a finger prick to check for iron levels. good thing dad came along to the appt (mom hates needles and blood). 1 juice box later, he was happpy again and walked out of the office waving goodbye.
