week 25 picturesrolling over last week, sitting up by himself this week (although i won't let him sit too long without someone behind). he sleeps on his stomach most of the time and ends up with red cheeks as a result! started eating more solids: mashed potatoes from dad's plate and carrots. he appears very interested everytime we are eating or maybe he is just looking for something to grab...?
we were in pinehurst over the weekend with our friends. josiah played golf, i enjoyed the spa and we took turns watching ryan. we couldn't fool ryan that the playpen was his crib and he didn't enjoy the long 3-4 course dinners we had. so there were some sleepless nights and i never made it through dessert at dinner... hm, now i see why people travel with infants only when necessary!
