week 19 pictures
josiah and i both came down with nasty colds this past week, but ryan managed to stay healthy given the antibodies passed along with nursing. and with the colds, we transitioned ryan to his own room and crib. some nights he cried over an hour as we tried to get him to self-soothe himself to sleep... one night there was no crying and he slept til 6am! so we'll continue this for the next week and see how it goes...
