week 11 pictures... it's muscadine season! ryan's first visit to Herndon Hills Farm. we go twice a week to get our fill of this delicious grape.
ryan's new hobby: sucking his thumb for fun. it suddenly started this past week and we were confused as to whether or not he was hungry, especially if he did it after taking a bottle! maybe we've been misreading his hunger signals this whole time and that's how he' s become such a big baby...
more cooing and smiling this week... he lights up whenever he hears me sing nursery songs and 80s tv theme songs.
we're back to swaddling ryan when we put him to bed (around 8-9pm); otherwise, he'll throw his arms up midsleep and wake up. he's been pretty good about going to bed early although some nights he'll just look up at us while we're trying to get him to doze off and start smiling. all bets are off then.
